Bạn không cần cài lại ứng dụng. Gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng ký TranslateGo tới support@toankhontech.com, với tiêu đề TranslateGo account deletion request. Nêu rõ bạn muốn xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã xác minh hoặc thông tin thẻ thanh toán.
ToanKhonTech sẽ xác minh quyền sở hữu trước khi xử lý để tránh người khác xóa tài khoản của bạn. Nếu bạn không còn truy cập email đăng ký, hãy liên hệ cùng địa chỉ hỗ trợ để được hướng dẫn xác minh.
Dữ liệu được xóa và dữ liệu giữ lại
Yêu cầu xóa bao gồm hồ sơ tài khoản, thông tin đăng nhập và dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản có thể xóa trên hệ thống. Hồ sơ tối thiểu về giao dịch, hạn mức và bảo mật có thể được giữ để đối soát, ngăn gian lận hoặc đáp ứng nghĩa vụ áp dụng; hồ sơ này không chứa hội thoại hoặc bản thu âm.
Lịch sử hội thoại được mã hóa trên từng thiết bị và không tự đồng bộ lên máy chủ. Để xóa bản lưu trên thiết bị, dùng Cài đặt > Hồ sơ & bảo mật > Xóa tài khoản trong app, hoặc xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng trên thiết bị. Bản sao bạn đã xuất hoặc chia sẻ phải được xóa tại nơi lưu.
Xóa tài khoản không hủy đăng ký Apple hoặc Google Play. Hủy riêng trong phần Đăng ký của cửa hàng nếu bạn không muốn tiếp tục gia hạn. Bạn vẫn có thể gửi yêu cầu xóa và nhờ hỗ trợ hướng dẫn hủy.
Request account deletion — English
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email support@toankhontech.com from the email address registered with TranslateGo. Use the subject TranslateGo account deletion request and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
ToanKhonTech verifies ownership before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact the same support address for verification assistance.
Deleted and retained data
The request covers your account profile, sign-in information and associated removable data on our systems. Minimal transaction, quota and security records may be retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention or applicable obligations; these records do not contain conversations or audio recordings.
Conversation history is encrypted on each device and does not automatically sync to the server. Remove the local copy through Settings > Profile & security > Delete account in the app, or by clearing the app's data on the device. Remove exported or shared copies where they are stored.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel separately in the store's Subscriptions settings if you do not want renewal to continue. You can still request deletion and ask support for help with cancellation.
