Chính sách này giải thích cách ToanKhonTech xử lý thông tin khi bạn dùng TranslateGo trên web, ứng dụng máy tính, iOS và Android.

Thông tin chúng tôi xử lý

Thông tin tài khoản, như địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị và thông tin xác thực. Đăng ký bằng email dùng mã xác minh một lần. Khi bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng Apple hoặc Google trên nền tảng hỗ trợ, chúng tôi dùng thông tin tài khoản cần thiết để xác minh danh tính và đăng nhập.
Âm thanh và văn bản cần thiết để nhận dạng giọng nói trực tiếp, dịch và đọc bản dịch.
Thông tin sử dụng, gồm thời lượng phiên, ngôn ngữ đã chọn, số dư gói và các thao tác trong sản phẩm.
Thông tin cơ bản về thiết bị và chẩn đoán, dùng để bảo vệ và cải thiện dịch vụ.

Trong ứng dụng iOS

Micro chỉ được dùng khi bạn chạm nút micro để dịch trực tiếp. Âm thanh được gửi tới dịch vụ nhận dạng và dịch giọng nói trong lúc phiên đang chạy; ứng dụng không lưu bản thu âm trên iPhone.
Lịch sử bản dịch được lưu trên iPhone trong cơ sở dữ liệu mã hóa, riêng cho từng tài khoản. Khóa mã hóa và thông tin đăng nhập nằm trong Keychain của iPhone. Lịch sử này không được tải lên máy chủ và không tự đồng bộ sang thiết bị khác.
Khi bạn nghe lại một câu, nội dung câu đó được gửi tới máy chủ để tạo giọng đọc.
Khi bạn dịch tệp, ứng dụng chuyển âm thanh của tệp sang định dạng M4A rồi tải lên máy chủ để xử lý. Bản ghi và bản dịch của tệp được lưu trên máy chủ để bạn xem lại. Tính năng dịch tệp tạm thời ẩn trong bản iOS 2.0.0.
Đăng xuất xóa thông tin đăng nhập và các tệp tạm của tài khoản trên iPhone; lịch sử đã mã hóa được giữ lại cho lần đăng nhập sau.
Cài đặt > Hồ sơ & bảo mật > Xóa tài khoản xóa hồ sơ tài khoản, dữ liệu liên quan có thể xóa và lịch sử bản dịch trên iPhone này. Một số hồ sơ tối thiểu về giao dịch, hạn mức và bảo mật được giữ lại như mô tả dưới đây.
Ứng dụng iOS không chứa quảng cáo và không tích hợp công cụ theo dõi quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.

Xác minh thiết bị, hạn mức miễn phí và mua hàng trên iOS

Bạn có thể dùng hạn mức miễn phí, mua và khôi phục giao dịch trên bản iOS được hỗ trợ mà không đăng ký tài khoản TranslateGo. Hệ thống vẫn tạo định danh khách và bản ghi sử dụng để quản lý hạn mức. Lịch sử hội thoại của khách được lưu mã hóa trên thiết bị; khi bạn đăng nhập tài khoản đầu tiên, lịch sử khách có thể được chuyển vào tài khoản đó trên cùng thiết bị.

ToanKhonTech sử dụng App Attest và DeviceCheck của Apple để xác minh bản cài đặt và hạn chế việc nhận lại hạn mức miễn phí. Chúng tôi xử lý định danh bản cài đặt, khóa xác minh công khai, bộ đếm xác minh, bản ghi sử dụng tối thiểu và dấu hiệu bảo mật. Các dữ liệu này không được dùng để theo dõi quảng cáo. Cài lại app hoặc xóa tài khoản không tự đặt lại hạn mức của thiết bị.

Apple xử lý thanh toán trong ứng dụng. ToanKhonTech nhận thông tin cần thiết để xác minh và cấp thời lượng: mã giao dịch, sản phẩm, kỳ đăng ký, tham chiếu chủ sở hữu, định danh giao dịch ứng dụng của Apple để khôi phục quyền sử dụng trên các thiết bị, và trạng thái hoàn tiền hoặc thu hồi. Chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ thanh toán của bạn từ Apple. Sau khi xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi giữ lại hồ sơ giao dịch và hạn mức tối thiểu cần cho đối soát, chống lạm dụng và nghĩa vụ áp dụng. Các hồ sơ giữ lại này không chứa nội dung hội thoại hay bản ghi âm. Bạn có thể liên hệ để hỏi về dữ liệu còn lưu và các quyền áp dụng.

Âm thanh hội thoại trực tiếp của luồng iOS mới đi qua backend ToanKhonTech và các đơn vị xử lý theo hợp đồng để tạo nội dung bạn yêu cầu. Đây không phải dịch vụ mã hóa đầu cuối giữa hai người dùng. Xóa tài khoản TranslateGo không hủy đăng ký Apple; bạn cần quản lý hoặc hủy đăng ký trong phần Đăng ký của Apple.

Trong ứng dụng Android

Micro chỉ được dùng khi bạn bắt đầu phiên dịch. Âm thanh và văn bản hội thoại đi qua backend ToanKhonTech và các đơn vị xử lý theo hợp đồng để nhận dạng, dịch và tạo giọng đọc. Đây không phải mã hóa đầu cuối giữa hai người dùng. Ứng dụng không lưu bản ghi âm hội thoại trên thiết bị.
Lịch sử hội thoại được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu mã hóa trên thiết bị, riêng cho từng tài khoản hoặc khách. Khóa mã hóa và thông tin đăng nhập được giữ bằng cơ chế lưu trữ bảo mật của Android. Lịch sử này không tự tải lên máy chủ hoặc đồng bộ sang thiết bị khác. Khi nghe lại, văn bản được gửi tới backend để tạo giọng đọc. Khi xuất hoặc chia sẻ, bạn chọn nơi nhận tệp hoặc nội dung.
Android 2.0.0 tạm ẩn tính năng dịch tệp. Ứng dụng không chứa quảng cáo hay công cụ theo dõi quảng cáo.
Bạn có thể dùng hạn mức miễn phí mà không đăng ký. Hệ thống tạo định danh khách để quản lý sử dụng. Đăng nhập TranslateGo là bắt buộc khi mua hoặc khôi phục phút đã mua; giao dịch được gắn với tài khoản TranslateGo để giữ số phút còn lại khi đổi thiết bị. Lịch sử khách có thể chuyển vào tài khoản đầu tiên trên cùng thiết bị.
Google Play Integrity xác minh ứng dụng, giấy phép và dấu hiệu toàn vẹn thiết bị. Backend xử lý mã băm của định danh Android theo phạm vi ứng dụng, định danh bản cài đặt, khóa xác minh công khai và bản ghi hạn mức tối thiểu. Khóa ký riêng ở trong Android Keystore. Những dữ liệu này dùng để bảo vệ dịch vụ và hạn chế nhận lại hạn mức, không dùng theo dõi quảng cáo. Cài lại app hoặc xóa tài khoản không tự đặt lại hạn mức thiết bị.
Google Play xử lý thanh toán. Backend nhận mã giao dịch, mã sản phẩm, token giao dịch, tham chiếu tài khoản, kỳ đăng ký và trạng thái hoàn tiền/thu hồi để xác minh và cấp phút. Chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ từ Google Play. Hồ sơ giao dịch và hạn mức tối thiểu có thể được giữ cho đối soát, chống gian lận hoặc nghĩa vụ áp dụng sau khi xóa tài khoản; chúng không chứa hội thoại hoặc bản thu âm.
Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản tại Cài đặt > Hồ sơ & bảo mật > Xóa tài khoản, hoặc gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản qua web. Xóa tài khoản xóa hồ sơ, dữ liệu liên quan có thể xóa và lịch sử trên thiết bị hiện tại. Bản sao đã xuất và lịch sử nằm trên thiết bị khác cần được xóa tại nơi lưu. Xóa tài khoản TranslateGo không hủy đăng ký Google Play; quản lý hoặc hủy riêng trong Google Play.

Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin

Chúng tôi dùng thông tin để cung cấp và bảo vệ TranslateGo, tính thời lượng sử dụng, duy trì tài khoản của bạn, khắc phục sự cố, hỗ trợ khách hàng và cải thiện độ ổn định cũng như khả năng tiếp cận. Âm thanh và văn bản có thể được truyền tới các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ có hợp đồng với chúng tôi, chỉ trong phạm vi cần thiết để thực hiện tính năng bạn yêu cầu.

Lưu trữ và thời hạn lưu

Hồ sơ tài khoản và thanh toán được lưu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động và theo yêu cầu của các nghĩa vụ pháp lý, bảo mật hoặc tài chính. Lịch sử bản dịch được lưu theo các tùy chọn có trong sản phẩm. Chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu khi không còn cần cho các mục đích này.

Chia sẻ

Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ thông tin ở mức hạn chế với các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, thanh toán, bảo mật, phân tích và hỗ trợ khách hàng giúp vận hành TranslateGo. Chúng tôi cũng có thể cung cấp thông tin khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc để bảo vệ người dùng và dịch vụ. Chúng tôi không cho thuê hay bán nội dung hội thoại cho mục đích quảng cáo.

Bảo mật và xử lý ở nước ngoài

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp quản lý và kỹ thuật phù hợp với tính chất của dịch vụ. Vì TranslateGo là sản phẩm toàn cầu, thông tin có thể được xử lý tại quốc gia khác với nơi bạn ở, với các biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp.

Lựa chọn của bạn

This policy explains how ToanKhonTech handles information when you use TranslateGo on the web, desktop, iOS and Android.

Information we process

Account information, such as your email address, display name and authentication information. Email registration uses a one-time verification code. When you choose Sign in with Apple or Google on a supported platform, we use the account information needed to verify your identity and sign you in.
Audio and text needed for live speech recognition, translation and reading translations aloud.
Usage information, including session duration, selected languages, remaining plan time and actions within the product.
Basic device and diagnostic information used to protect and improve the service.

In the iOS app

The microphone is used only when you tap the microphone button for live translation. Audio is sent to speech recognition and translation services while the session is running. The app does not save an audio recording on your device.
Translation history is stored in an encrypted database on your device, separately for each account. The encryption key and sign-in information are kept in the device Keychain. This history is not uploaded to the server and does not automatically sync to other devices.
When you replay a passage, its text is sent to the server to generate speech.
Where file translation is available, the app converts a file's audio to M4A and uploads it for processing. The recording and its translation are stored on the server so you can view them later. File translation is temporarily hidden in iOS version 2.0.0.
Signing out removes sign-in information and temporary account files from your device. Encrypted history remains available for your next sign-in.
Settings > Profile & security > Delete account deletes your account profile, associated removable data and translation history on this device. Minimal purchase, quota and security records are retained as described below.
The iOS app has no advertising and does not include third-party advertising trackers.

Device verification, free allowances and iOS purchases

Supported iOS versions let you use the free allowance, purchase and restore purchases without registering for TranslateGo. The service still creates a guest identifier and usage records to administer that allowance. Guest conversation history is encrypted on the device; when you first sign in, it may be moved into that account's local history on the same device.

ToanKhonTech uses Apple's App Attest and DeviceCheck to verify installations and reduce repeated free-allowance claims. We process installation identifiers, public verification keys, verification counters, minimal usage records and security indicators. These records are not used for advertising tracking. Reinstalling the app or deleting an account does not automatically reset a device's allowance.

Apple processes in-app payments. ToanKhonTech receives the information needed to verify purchases and provide translation time: transaction identifiers, products, subscription periods, ownership references, Apple app transaction identifiers to restore entitlements across devices, and refund or revocation status. We do not receive your payment card number from Apple. After account deletion, we retain minimal purchase and quota records needed for reconciliation, abuse prevention and applicable obligations. These retained records do not contain conversation text or audio recordings. Contact us to ask about retained data and applicable rights.

Live conversation audio in the new iOS flow passes through ToanKhonTech's backend and contracted processing services to produce the content you request. This is not an end-to-end encrypted communication service between two users. Deleting your TranslateGo account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in Apple Subscriptions.

In the Android app

The microphone is used when you start a translation session. Conversation audio and text pass through the ToanKhonTech backend and contracted processors for recognition, translation and speech generation. This is not end-to-end encryption between users. The app does not save a conversation audio recording on the device.
Conversation history is stored in an encrypted on-device database, separately for each account or guest. Encryption keys and sign-in information use Android secure storage. This history is not automatically uploaded or synced to another device. Replay sends the selected text to the backend to generate speech. You choose the destination when exporting or sharing content.
File translation is temporarily hidden in Android 2.0.0. The app has no advertisements or advertising trackers.
You can use the free allowance without registering. A guest identifier is created to administer usage. TranslateGo sign-in is required to purchase or restore purchased minutes; purchases are linked to your TranslateGo account to preserve remaining minutes when changing devices. Guest history may move to the first account signed in on the same device.
Google Play Integrity verifies the app, licensing and device-integrity signals. The backend processes a hash of the app-scoped Android identifier, an installation identifier, public verification keys and minimal quota records. The private signing key remains in Android Keystore. These records protect the service and limit repeated free allowances, and are not used for advertising tracking. Reinstalling or deleting an account does not automatically reset the device allowance.
Google Play handles payments. The backend receives order and product identifiers, purchase tokens, an account reference, subscription periods and refund/revocation status to verify purchases and grant minutes. We do not receive card numbers from Google Play. Minimal transaction and quota records may be retained after account deletion for reconciliation, fraud prevention or applicable obligations; they do not contain conversations or audio recordings.
Delete your account in Settings > Profile & security > Delete account, or request account deletion on the web. Deletion removes your profile, associated removable data and history on the current device. Exported copies and history on other devices must be removed where they are stored. Deleting your TranslateGo account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage or cancel it separately in Google Play.

How we use information

We use information to provide and protect TranslateGo, measure usage, maintain your account, resolve issues, provide customer support and improve reliability and accessibility. Audio and text may be transmitted to contracted service providers only as needed to perform the features you request.

Storage and retention

Account and payment records are retained while your account is active and as required by legal, security or financial obligations. Translation history is retained according to the options available in the product. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

We may share limited information with infrastructure, payment, security, analytics and customer-support providers that help operate TranslateGo. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not rent or sell conversation content for advertising.

Security and international processing

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service. Because TranslateGo is a global product, information may be processed in a country other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or close your account. On iOS, you can delete your account in Settings > Profile & security > Delete account.
